| Corey’s passion for real estate is in his blood. His family has a three-decade history in the mortgage loan and construction industries. As a result, Corey spent much of his youth attending open houses, observing his mother’s expertise in her professional environment. These open houses, paired with his time spent watching his father build their family homes and his own experience remodeling homes, impressed on Corey the importance of homeownership. Perhaps it’s this profound understanding of real estate that makes him an agent whose focus is not on money but on his client’s best interests. Considering himself a consultant rather than a salesperson. Corey has talked clients out of houses numerous times and treats his clients’ dreams and money as if they were his own. Corey’s approach to real estate is fresh and modern while still retaining the best traditions of real estate from a bygone era – communicating face to face, staying by the clients’ side through each step of the process to help guide them to make the right decisions, exceeding all expectations, and maintaining genuine relationships. This old-school way of doing business is also evident in Corey’s hands-on approach. Seeing him get his hands dirty for a client is not surprising. This could be anything from picking up trash to pulling weeds to fixing something during the inspection, of which he happily covers the cost. |
