At Silence of Sound Yoga, we believe that yoga stretches far beyond asana. It’s a holistic lifestyle helping us to realize our true selves – the energetic, heart-centered, spiritual beings that we are, connected to everyone and everything in the universe. We are connected to the divine (however that may be defined for you), for we indeed are equally also the divine. As we surrender our sense of self – our ego, or ahamkara – we increasingly understand this connection, union or yoking, that is yoga.
